I have scheduled 8 more online interviews tomorrow for the remaining 3 slots.

I wish we had more slots for internships. Last year we had 4 interns quit in the middle of the program so we were down from 12 slots to 8. This year we are way more selective than our previous years.

Most recruitment systems now rely on PDF to do automatic scanning review. If you submit your CV in Word format, it will most likely be not processed.

Also PDF resume are nicer to review for human than Microsoft Word documents.

What we are trying to do better this year is to make sure that people get their rejections or invites for interviews as soon as possible.

Most people will be rejected - it's just math. We only have 8 positions available for this Summer and as usual we have overwhelming number of applications. Last year we received over 1000 applications for 12 positions.

All applications here are human reviewed. AI has wide-range of applications, however for internships which target students with limited experience, AI cannot pick up the subtleties that an experienced reviewer can.

Hi all,

Thank you for your massive interests on these internship positions. However it seems that many did not read the requirement for students graduating in 2028.

This requirement is non negotiable. We have run these Summer internships for years now and we have concluded that 2 years engagement is the best way to build and train amazing engineers. We have very specific ways in how we train interns.
